I would highly recommend working with Ron and Janelle. They recently helped us sell our home in Geneva, IL. They are extremely trustworthy, great communicators, responsive and it was clear that they always had our best interest in mind. If we find ourselves back in the area, we won't settle working with anyone else but the Viks!

We would give 10 stars if possible! We connected with Ron and Janelle via a Zillow auto-request to tour a home and we could not have gotten any luckier to have worked with them! We were slow to get the ball rolling with things happening in our personal lives and never once did Ron and Janelle pressure us to move faster, they respected our needs and timeline 100% of the time. Ron and Janelle made themselves available to us whenever we needed for home tours, questions and talking strategy. The buying market can be stressful with high competition, home prices and interest rates but Ron and Janelle guided us the entire way, helping us to stay positive and ultimately find and purchase our dream home! The time these two spent working for us during the negotiation stage with the sellers and then again when appraisal/financing got tough is unmatched by so many others in service positions and we are so grateful to them for their excellent service, skills and attentiveness to us! Lastly, I have to comment on their general human touch here. We were buying a home that could accommodate my mom moving in with us and this is a big life move. Ron and Janelle were so considerate of all of our needs for our family and treated each of us and those needs like a priority. Thank you Ron & Janelle for everything! We highly recommend the Vik home team, they are incredible people and realtors!!!

They helped us in renting out our home and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They were in constant communication and were always available to answer any questions we had. Ron was very communicative through the whole looking and then buying process. Whenever I emailed or called/texted he always responded. He worked with my parameters of what I was looking for (and where) and was a great moral support through a somewhat stressful challenge of looking for and buying a new home! He was there for me from start to finish, walked me through the whole process and even followed up with me AFTER my move. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an awesome realtor! I'm so happy I found him!
