The Vik Home Team was able to negotiate $9,000 over asking price and a rent free 30 days lease back on our current home so we can purchase and update our new home! Between their cute videos, photos, and quick response time to all our needs! It really has been a great experience working with them! They work so well together! It's like having two realtors for the price of one! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The Vik Team was absolutely amazing again! Ron and Janelle were friendly and professional from the moment we sat down with them. We came up with a plan and received guidance throughout the entire process. The photos and videos of our home were better than we could've imagined, even our kids were looking at them and asked "whose house is that?" The selling process was quick. We experienced an unexpected hiccup on the buy side, bad sellers, which Ron and Janelle remained positive the entire time giving us hope that the right house is coming, and it did! The house we just purchased is absolutely perfect! We had an opportunity to meet our seller's agent at the closing and she complimented Ron and Janelle for how responsive, professional, and courteous they were and that they were a huge reason that the seller's chose to go with us after receiving multiple offers. We couldn't be more grateful for everything they did to get us our forever home! Thank you!

Ron & Janelle Vik were amazing! After being paired by chance on a real state app, I couldn't have gotten luckier! They listened to my wants and needs and sent me hand selected houses! Even when I needed a little break from house hunting, they respected that decision fully. As a young single woman, with practically no home ownership experience, Ron, he did the "dad thing".
